I) Recommended Group This is a recommended line up for Fire temple
- Templar (To Tank Mobs)
- Cleric (To Heal)
- Spirit Master (For Increased Drop Rate)
- Sorcerer (To Crowd Control adds)
- Chanter (Secondary Heal/buffs/DPS)
- Ranger/Glad/Sin (Any of these DPS would work)
Note: This is just my recommended line up, this does not mean it is the best line up, or the only line up. I also recommend that there are no repeats, in case of drops, everyone will get their fair share, and no one will complain about drops.

II. Things To Keep In Mind In Fire temple, you want to follow a certain line if you want to run through it quickly without killing everyone. If you want to kill everyone, go ahead, just make sure your group wants to as well.
Need Before Greed The reason I had mentioned earlier to have no repeat classes, is also for this. When a certain item drops, typically its for certain classes. for example a chain pauldrons drops, its for people who can use chain right? Well when it comes to green items, or gold items, remember that there may be someone in your group who may need it. If no one in your group needs it, then you can all do a greed roll after the pass by typing "/roll" or "/dice". Highest role wins.
Ressurection Stones
Its good for a few people in the group to have some ressurection stones just in case. You don't want to depend completely on the cleric/chanters just in case they die. remember, them healing does get them agro.
Safe Spots!!! There are a few safe spots that you can go to. These safe spots are good to use when you gain Agro, or ads and you need to run away To these spots to lose the agro or adds. that way you will live, and you wont die . Here is safe spot 1, 2, 3. Also remember these arent the only safe spots. You will recognize them as you progress through the area.
File:Http://i33.tinypic.com/14myhih.jpg
Note: For this spot, you can jump on the rock to the right and you will be safe from all (non ranged) agro and adds.
File:Http://i37.tinypic.com/260dht3.jpg
Note: Safe Spot #2
File:Http://i34.tinypic.com/smee54.jpg
Note: Safe Spot #3; This spot isn't guaranteed for the Flying Agro either.
III. Lets get it started
Ok Ok, Lets get started.
Once you enter the temple (assuming everyone is already in) your going to see 3 spawns in front of you. two Of them are to the sides, and one is in the middle, the middle one is a path, so let him path back first. After hes out of range, pull the mob to the right (thats the little one for those who don't know there left from their right). If you waited for the path, he should only pull by himself. quickly kill it then hug the right wall around the mob on the left wall. Afterwards, kill the path. target with no one around him or his agro range so you can kill him quickly and easily.
IIIa. First Rooms
File:Http://i36.tinypic.com/ddpawy.jpg
Up ahead your going to hit your first room. This room is filled with mobs. However, you can skip almost every mob in this room. there are 2 methods to this.
First Method is by killing the first 2 mobs ahead of you to your right. (Thats the purple circle in the image above). Then go on ahead and kill the path that's moving left to right, when he comes to the middle of the room. Then go on to the end of the room, where it goes into a descending tunnel, first kill the mob to the left, where it has a half broken wall behind him, then go on ahead and kill the path in the tunnel.
Second Method is a little more riskier, but faster. The second method skips the first 2 mobs from the first method by going straight through the middle. Follow the yellow line in the image above. If everyone in your group does it right, you will be in the middle of the room without a problem. You can also skip the path (the one with the symbol above his head), or kill him, up to you guys. afterwards, kill the mob that has the broken wall behind him, then go to the descending tunnel and kill the path. Note:This first room scared Jerith the first time when we skipped everything. Also, if you notice, that broken wall is the second safe spot.
IIIb. After First Room After the first room, and the descending tunnel, you can either kill the mobs to the left, or kill the only path thats going in between all the mobs. Kill the path mob, then head right in the middle of both the mobs to the left and to the right. Then you will run into a little mob thats pathing. Make sure he wont have any ads when you start killing him. After that theres a Mugolem pathing, and another Mugolem to the left wall. Kill the path unit first then the one to the left.
Note: If the mini bosses are up and you want to get them read on, otherwise, Skip to part
IV. Continuing Fire Temple
IIIc. Killing First/Second Mini Boss
Note: Sometimes these bosses spawn, sometimes they dont.
Note: Info/weapons on first Mini Boss. Blue Crystal Molgat. <<Link goes here>> ______________________________ | Blue Crystal Molgat | | Level: 34 | | HP: 59988 | | MP: 47968 | |_____________________________|
Note: Info/weapons on Second Mini Boss.
The first mini boss will be to the right. Head on in between the 2 groups of mugolems. you will see two paths. One Path is going up and down the tunnel DO NOT KILL HIM YET!. The second path is going around in a circle through some mugolems in the middle of the room. When he is away from getting any extra ads, let your templar tank him and everyone kill him. he is a quick and easy kill if you do not get any extra adds.
If your group is full of ninjas, you guys can ninja around the middle group of mobs and kill the boss. Otherwise, kill the two group of mobs in the middle. Then You will see two Mobs and the Blue Crystal Golem.
For a quick and easy kill, simply have your sorcerer( or some type of cc) sleep Blue Crystal Golem. Then focus one of the two other mobs, and cc the other. Have your templar hold agro, just in case anything goes wrong, your templar will save you guys (I Hope). If your group is having trouble staying alive, have your templar tank everything, your cleric constantly healing your templar, and the chanter healing the rest of the group if needed. If everyone is still taking damage, have your cleric do group heals whenever needed. He doesn't do anything special, so it should be easy to take him out. Just take the three out as if it was any other Mob.
For the second Miniboss head up the tunnel where the path is running up and down. Kill the path when he wont have any ads. After you kill the path, Hug the RIGHT wall. kill any mobs you see while hugging the right wall that may be in your way.
After clearing your path, the miniboss will be in the center of the room. Watch for any paths, and kill the paths that may be in your way, but again, make sure it wont receive any adds. Afterwards, it will be a group of two mobs, and the Miniboss. Just repeat the same procedure from Blue Crystal Molgat, and you should be fine.
After you kill both minibosses, head back to the "T" intersection on your minimap.(P.S. i didn't know what to call it, so I called it a "T" intersection).
Note: Theirs a shugo that spawns around Blue Crystal Molgat sometimes, so when hes up, Its a good idea to stock up if you need to.
IV. Continuing Fire Temple
Once You are back towards the "T" Intersection, if you skipped the boses, head towards the Left. There is a gorup of two mobs hugging the left wall. Have your templar Pull the mobs back to a safe area, and kill the little mob first, and CC the second Mob. After killing them, progress by hugging the left wall.
Note: You can do the same thing by hugging the right edge, but i wouldn't for the reason that someone may fall, and there is no way out except by being summoned by a Spiritmaster, returning to your bind point, or dieing.
Hug it till you see a Sentry Mugolem. There is a path that crosses in front of the sentry mugolem. wait for him to path back, then kill the sentry. Afterwards, wait for the path, then kill the path. Head over to where the sentry Mugolem died. You will notice to the left will be a Gargoyle Hugging the left wall, pathing it. Kill that gargoyle then hug the left wall again.
You will notice a sentry above on a cliff (Note: Third SafeSpot!). Have your templar pull that sentry towards your group, and kill it. then head onwards and you will see two more gargoyles. Kill them both by CCing, and killing them one at a time. Now, You have Reached Sipus Room!
V. Rotan
Info On Sipus <<Link goes here>>
______________________________ | Silver Blade Rotan | | Level: 36 | | HP: 49966 | | MP: 77465 | |_____________________________|
At one point or another, there is a Silver Blade Rotan That has a large pathing area. sooner or later you will run into him while running fire temple. By the time you hit Sipus room you probably will/ or have run into him.
Its fairly easy to kill him, but he typically always, or usually drops something useful. Usually its rings.
To kill Rotan, Just make sure your Templar pulls him when he won't get any additional adds. Afterwards, take him out, just spam DPS him.
A regular Tank and Spank should suffice.
VI. Sipus Room There is going to be one gargoyle path circling the entire room. To be safe, Kill the path circling the room.
IF SIPUS SPAWNS, give it a shot, and take him out. Just CC sipus *sleep/tree him*, then kill the sentry in front of him. Afterwards head towards Sipus.
Info On Sipus <<Link goes here>>
______________________________ | Tough Sipus | | Level: 35 | | HP: 63263 | | MP: 49832 | |_____________________________|
Sipus doesn't do anything special either, so Just a simple tank and spank will annihilate him. He has some pretty decent weapons/items too.
After taking out Sipus, or if sipus didn't spawn, and your still waiting at the end of the first tunnel after killing the path. You will have three choices.
The Left Path: Leads to a miniboss that takes quite a while to get too.
The Middle Path: (Going forward) Which Leads to the Chalice (to kill the chalice guard and to complete the quest.) Note: If you already killed chalice, and finished the quest for him, no reason to come back here.
The Right Path: This path leads to Kromedes, a vile evil witch that drops level 35 gold weapons for every class, however has a low drop rate.
VII. Middle Path(Chalice)
If you killed sipus, just simply head on forward to the middle path and skip the next Paragraph.
If your still back in the end of the tunnel. Head as if your going to the right. and run towards the left side, of the right path. there will be a path going in between the middle path, and the right path hugging the right wall. Kill that path and head towards the middle tunnel.
The middle tunnel, if done right, will only get single, or double pulls. if its done wrong, your entire group will wipe. There will be a path heading all the way through the middle path. Let the path head back in the tunnel until you can't see him. Afterwards pull the first 2 mobs in front of it. Kill one, and CC the other.
Note:If you haven't had a leader using symbols to Kill, and CC the mobs to this point, might be a good idea to assign someone to do that. preferably the Templar, or whoever your tank is.
Head through the middle tunnel by killing single, and double mobs, after you have killed about three, or four mobs, just let the Path through the middle mob head towards your group, and then kill him as a single pull. Every NPC in this middle tunnel must die. because your a cold hearted killer. and its safer if you kill everyone as well.
After you kill/clear the middle tunnel entirely, you will end up in a big room with alot of gargoyles, and the chalice guard in the middle. It is very simple to get to the chalice guard form here. make sure that the path "on your right" is not within range, then just run forwards and u will fall in a little. No damage is done form this mini fall. Hug the right wall after you fall in till you are directly behind the Chalice. Afterwards begin your Attack!
Info On Chalice Guard Denlavis <<Link goes here>> ______________________________ | Chalice Guard Denlavis | | Level: 36 | | HP: 61314 | | MP: 69043 | |_____________________________|
For this mob, he does have a few aoe attacks, so have your Melee attack him, and have your ranged units (Cleric/Ranger/Sorc/SM), a good amount away from him. if they keep hugging the wall till they hit a corner, that should be enough range away from his aoe attacks. Other then that, a simple Tank and spank will suffice on Chalice Guard.
After Chalice guard, keep grabbing goblets on the ground till you find the right one for your quest. Note: Each failed goblet will summon 2 NON ELITE spirits. so becareful not to summon to much at once.
After this, just head back the way you came.
VIII. Right Path(Kromedes)
From Sipus room head to the right, and hug the furthest wall, that looks as if it was a corner. There will be a path coming from both ends. To be safe, wait for the paths to agro your group, and have your templar grab both Adds.
After killing both paths, theres another Sentry Mugolem, and two paths going in and out from his position. When both paths are distant form the golem, have your templar pull him and kill him. Then kill the two paths. Focus DPS on one, and CC the other.
After killing both, there is a room to the right. This is Broken Wing Kutisen's Room.
If he is spawned, go ahead and kill him, he drops some nice earrings, and a Jerkin for leather users.
IX. Broken Wing's Room
Broken Wing Info <<Link goes here>>
______________________________ | Broken Wing Kutisen | | Level: 36 | | HP: 66220 | | MP: 57794 | |_____________________________|
For Broken wings room, kill the 2 mob in the middle of the room. Make sure the path that goes across the room isn't withing agro range. Simply Kill one and CC the other.
Afterwards, kill the path when no adds are around it.
Sleep, broken wing and kill the mob, afterwards, have your tank/templar keep agro on broken wing, and simply DPS him down. After Broken Wing head back into the tunnel.
X. Kromede's Room
To finish off the tunnel read the next paragraph, otherwise skip over it.
To finish this tunnel, kill the 2 mobs hugging the right wall. after killing it there will be a few paths up ahead coming back and forth from within the room. wait for them to go back, then hug the right wall till you get to a lil torch. keep going passed the torch until your in kromedes room hugging the right wall.
There will be a path going around. wait for him to go back, and kill the gargoyle hugging the right wall. After killing him ait for the path to agro you from that position. Kill the path, and keep doing single pulls till you clear the right side of the room. After you killed the right side of the room, there are 2 gargoyles on each side of kromedes, kill the gargoyle to the right side by first having your templar pull it.
XI. Kromedes Before you get started, have your entire group take a mana break and have everyone in the group regenerate their mana.

Whichever spawn of Kromedes you receive, just treat both battles the same.
Make sure the mdidle paths aren't in range, then ha your templar pull kromedes. Remember, Kromedes will only move to one spot, and stay in that one spot.
Have your Templar always tanking, and your melee DPS will be fine.
Have your ranged heroes at least 10m away from Kromedes.
Every now and then Kromedes will send out some AOE attacks, have your melee units move as soon as she releases a purple aura. Afterwards, just keep evading that aura, and keep doing DPS to her.
When her health reaches 25% or below, be careful for her miserrable struggle. Make sure your Melee DPS *except for the tank* dodges Misserable struggle, or else your whole group MAY WIPE.
If you have a spiritmaster, have them cast spirit erosion on Kromedes when she is near deaths.
Then your Done
To get out of fire temple, either hit return, or disband the group.
